Natural Bridge Pier Park is located in Richland County, near the village of Rockbridge. The Pier family donated the land for the park in the 1920s. The West Branch of Pine River flows under a 60 meter high sandstone ridge here for a member of the Pine River. A historic marker notes that on the night of the 29th July 1832, during the Black Hawk War, General Atkinson troops camped at this point. Slide show by John Wanserski.
